Baked feta with boukovo and tomatoes


1 piece of feta cheese
4-5 Santorini tomatoes
1 fresh sliced green pepper
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of boukovo
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of paprika
Olive oil



We place the feta sliced at a thickness of 1 cm on a piece of foil.

We then sprinkle with paprika and pepper. We place the tomatoes cut in half on top of the feta, and then insert the sliced peppers before we sprinkle with the oregano and the boukovo.

Finally, we add the olive oil and put it in the oven.

We let the feta cook until it melts and the tomato and pepper are lightly cooked.

The feta grilled with boukovo and tomatoes is served hot.
